Goldmine Life Coaching is a guided program that helps people get from where they are to where they want to be. Goldmine Life Coaching is a Christian guided program that helps people get from where they are to where they sense Christ wants them to be. Christian Coaching is looking ahead, it's not reactive; or looking back it’s pro-active in changing from where you are to where you want to be. With the help of the Holy Spirit, we can bring about change and transform us. It is the working of Christ in the Coach and in those we have an opportunity to help. The Holy Spirit must flow in the Coach, empowering them to help Guide the client to make the good changes they desire—the Holy Spirit must lead! As coaches we are to encourage Clients to make the correct decisions. We cannot and must not make the decisions for the client, otherwise the change won't happen.
