Dr. Jacqueline Davis is board certified family nurse practitioner and diabetes educator. She has been in nursing for over 15 years. Her years of experience in serving patients in rural communities and witnessing the health care disparities have increased her passion to coaching and educating individuals to effectively self-manage their chronic disease. She believes she can make a difference by motivating, educating, and supporting individuals to take action to improve self-care quality outcomes.
