This place is not a place you want to go!!
It's pretty much a chop shop for computers. The guy that repairs the pcs is just not somebody you want working with your property. He will take parts from your computer and replace them with parts that don't belong to your computer without your knowlege. He will claim your pc has all these issues when they really don't. If you do ask for your parts back he will break them and claim that they were like that before and the broken pieces actually ran your pc once, even if the pieces are smashed up..... He over charges customers badly.He won't send customers a list of what all he claims he did to the pc to repair it. He took many parts out of my pc and busted my hard drive. He took my Blue Ray player out of out my laptop and replaced it with a DvD/Cd drive.I didnt notice that scandal till now when, I tried to watch a blue ray movie. The guy took my parts and replaced them it with a low grade parts. You won't notice the pieces he took till another tech looks over your pc somewhere else. I had a new tech make me a list of all the taken parts and broken items and it just sickens me how he gutted my computer for parts. This guy will sell pc's he claims to have made and put together to customers at a cheap price. But most of the parts he took from his custmers Don't go to this guy! If you're not pc savy! Please stop harassing my technicians. He is married. Just so that you know, we have recommended to him to take out a restraining order against you. Please stop stalking him, coming around, looking through the window, waiting in the parking lot, calling and hanging up (we have caller ID, you name comes up even if you dial *67) and leave letter and emails, etc.
We have you on camera and I have heard him, other employees have heard it and we have you recorded on multiple occasion as to leave the premises and say that he is not interested in you and he can not authorize free computer work. I have read your email and you were never even a customer of Rising Son. I just wanted you to know I have intercepted this email that you sent to Carl and I am responding on my employee's behalf.
