David Farmer was very professional. I had a ciggarette burn on my passenger side headliner. I researched EVERY place I could online and made multiple phone calls to detail shops and all of them told me that they were unable to fix the burn. Towards the end of my search, I found Dave's company and I immediately texted him a picture of the damage. He texted me back promptly with an estimate and assured me that once he fixed it, it would look great. I waited a few days and decided to give Dave a call. He worked around my availability and got it repaired on the same day that I called. He remained professional during the appointment, explained the two different options that I had with my situation, and explained the steps that he was going to take to repair it. My headliner now looks GREAT and you can't even notice that there was a burn there. I would recommend Dave for any car interior fabric repair that is needed. I am beyond happy with the outcome and he assured me that the repair would be guaranteed for life!! Thank you Dave for your awesome work.
