Nera, Inc. is not only a manufacturer and supplier of equipment for microwave Wireless transmission - we also deliver total solutions within most se Nera Networks has designed, developed, manufactured and deployed transmission solutions since its inception in 1947. We generate revenues through sales in more than 100 countries. Over 95% of our sales are to customers outside of Norway. Total revenue for 2008 was nearly NOK 1,800 million. Nera Networks has over 700 employees worldwide. We have more than 25 sales and customer support offices and a large research & development organisation. Nera Networks has headquarters in Bergen, Norway, regional offices in the Americas, Middle East, Africa and Asia (through Nera Telecommunications Ltd., a separate company listed in Singapore). In 2008 we opened our state-of-the-art production facilities in Liptovský Hrádok in Slovakia. The CEO of Nera Networks is Mr. Per Arne Henæs.
