DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! In April 2012 we boarded our 5 Jack Russell Terriers with his facility. Upon our return home a week later we were told that the groomer (John) had taken him out for a walk and let go of the leash. Our dog was found later the following day alongside the road some miles from the Vet's office. Someone had hit him and left him there to die. We never thought we would ever leave any of our dogs in their care again. After months of dealing with the loss of such a loving dog we tried to come to terms and put things in perspective. We again, boarded our 4 remaining Jack Russell's with his office in Dec 2012. Once again...after returning home we were told that one was missing. We were told that Steven Smith DVM took her out for a walk and the leash got tangled around his legs and he fell. When he fell he let go of her leash and she was missing. Again, we were never received a phone call telling us she was missing. They claimed this had never happened to them before and we had to remind them that they were the ones responsible for the loss of our dog just 8 months prior. We will NEVER take our pets to them for ANYTHING again. Don't use them unless you want to take the chance of losing yours. Totally disgusted with this place and their incompetence and negligence in properly caring for our dogs, which were entrusted in their care. We are still searching for our missing dog to date....without any help from this place whatsoever.
