I recommend you to ask for a manager Verna (as she spelled her name was) i had an agent who barely speak english that answered the phone or even leave a voicemail. It's awful! They sounded sounded like mumbling in my voicemail. It's not the first time I had to deal with these agents but having a collector like them, who's name sound like a sheep's voice "Mieeh", call every week is ridicilously annoying!It's not cute wherever the heck you're from!! And last thing, good luck on trying to understand the manager's accent in english. I'm like where the heck is this lady from? She sounded like the hooker from Full Metal Jacket movie who offers five-dollah boom boom love you long time-me want suckie. I'm serious to give it a try! I'd rather hear her as a hooker then pay her $5 onlee! ha ha
