Hi this is Peter, I want to find out from Human Resources Personnel or someone from the Headquarter who can give me the best answer the following Question: I was called for an interview last year December (12-03-15) at Sanderson Farms, Hazzlehurst, MS , near Jackson, MSwhich I attended, I came all the way from Fayetteville, AR( I took the flight because of the long distance( flight fare was around $291). The Human resources Manager asked me to forward all my document for background check, BUT up till now, the OUTCOME OF THE INTERVIEW HAS NOT BEEN MADE KNOWN TO ME. My question now is that, is that the practice in Sanderson Farms never to announce the OUTCOME of the INTERVIEW after the background check. I think for and Ideal Company who called(invited) job seeker for interview( I have all evidences of phone conversation and emails with me for references should in case it is deemed necessary for any follow-ups late on). The Ideal Company Representative or personel should make the outcome of an INVITED INTERVIEW KNOWN TO INTERVIEWEE(JOB SEEKER). They never bother about the risk of live I took to board the plain to honor the interview, the cost for the journey, the 3 day I committed to the journey for such Interview . They never bother to reinbursh me for the flight cost for the interview even though I sourced for money outside my purse to finance the trip (becuse I aws a full time student about to Graduate as the time of the interview) For inquiry 6625181391, [email protected]
