While I have been trained and do provide a variety of massage techniques, I do specialize in deep tissue and therapeutic Swedish massage. I also have 18 Hours of training in Lymphatic Drainage. I like to incorporate stretching and range of motion techniques but I do tailor each appointment to individual needs. I look forward to serving you.
