Update: I received a phone call from the CEO of the company and they are looking at changing their 20% restocking policy to something that would be more equitable for both the customer and their business. I gave my initial rating based on my first impression that this company didn't care about their customers' experiences, but given today's conversation it's clear that impression wasn't true to how this company does business. I think it is rare that a company goes out of its way to really listen to a customer and consider a policy change based on feedback. Initial review: They charge a 20% restocking fee on returns, so that a simple mistake ends up costing the customer more than just the return shipping. It's a poor way to treat customers, and an even poorer way to get repeat business.
