Very disappointed with my carpets and the customer care that I had received on the telephone. I purchase five carpets, and washed three of the five i the washing machine. I followed the directions that came with the tag on the back of the carpet. Imagine my surprise when I opened up my washer and all three carpets the backing was off. I called the company they said, I'm not covered after one year . The person I talked too sat quietly on the phone with nothing else to say except for, if I had a car and it went a day over the warranty I wouldn't get any coverage. I find that a poor analogy. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she refused to give me one. I had the carpets for two years and little traffice on then. I am very disappointed

Sirs: Understand you are producing a door mat that has the American Flag on it and is being sold at Lowe's. Please, Sirs, this is an absolute slap in the face to the many Veterans that have died to preserve her Glory. Please pull these door mats and do not allow the memory of the brave Men and Women who have died in honor of our Country and Flag. We implore your patriotic concern and will pull these mats. How can you condone a door mat of the American flag?? Are you communists, nazis, muslum, or what? My father, mother, great uncle, husband and 3 of my children went to war to defend this country and will kick some ones butt for burning a flag, I can't imagine what they would do if they saw some one wipe their feet on it! You should be ashamed of yourselves, money isn't everything you know, there is pride in your country to think about !! I know you thought it would be a cute decoration, but it insults the flag of this great country. God Bless America ( where the flag FLIES, not lies) !!
