Having a father who ran a auto repair business with the highest standards of customer care and would take care of any issues with cars he sold "As-is", I was very disappointed with your unethical dealing with my college student. To have a check engine light come on immediately after the sale is obvious to everyone we've shared this experience with that the light was turned off prior to the sale, regardless of your denial. It is too big of a coincidence for me to believe otherwise. I cannot recommend any dealings with your business based on your refusal to repair the check engine light issue, even if paid for, or to refund the money when notified right after the sale that the light had come on after driving just a few miles. Whether this is lack of ethics and integrity on the part of an individual or business as usual is impossible for me to tell. But I could never recommend Teter and Co for any services or sales.
