The Bailey Company has been in business for three generations with friendly, licensed technicians trained in the latest technologies. We take pride in our ability to respond quickly to your home comfort problems. When you call our office, you will talk to a real person who is empowered to help solve your problem. The appointment times we schedule are real. We don't play games with your precious time. In the rare instance where a delay should occur we call ahead to let you know. All of our Elmira HVAC specialists and employees are motivated to provide excellent customer service and you can be confident that your home comfort needs will get the personal attention they deserve. Your total satisfaction is our goal. Perhaps this is why 90% of our new customers come to us via the personal referral of another customer. Part of customer satisfaction is fewer repair bills.
