Twenty years ago our focus was on doing reroofs. Lorz Construction started in March of 1993 doing reroofs. We gradually picked up new construction and lost our connections on the reroofs. Our focus in 2007 was new construction commercial and residential with very little reroofing. In 2007 we did almost all commercial reroofing. Our focus in 2009 and forward has been new construction commercial and trying to establish reroof business and reroof remains our main focus.
