I've had LOTS of car issues over the years. Ponderosa has been awesome through all of it. They are strait shooters, and always give me the good the bad and the ugly. They are very thorough and walk me through every possible option for repairs. I don't by a car anymore without taking it there first. They have a top notch prepurchase inspection, actually driving the car, and putting it on the lift to look for signs of accidents that were not reported or anything out of place. Best of all, they have lower rates than most that I've found. I would highly recommend anyone in Central Oregon taking their car there. Ever since about 2004 when I found them they have done me right, and saved me money whenever possible, even turning down work to make sure that I didn't repair a transmission when the engine was showing signs of failure. Most shops would fix the trani and wait a few months to get that next payday to fix the engine. Thanks Ponderosa!
