On behalf of evlyn hinds (card # ending in 7365) , this credit card dept. is being run with personal vindictiveness and recklessness. There is no regard paid to the respect and convenience of this customer. Personal attempts are made to embarass this customer despite repeated attempts( disregarded) to notify the band of upcoming travel and transactions. The reps routinely refuse to allow me and my assignee any opportunity to speak to upper mangt. and the president's office. Though i do not carry balances, the bank seem to telling me that they do not want my business. I find them to be rude and unprofessional. I promise to take this mattetr up with the BBB. The are more concerned with the tone of my husband's voice than the way they conduct their business. They deliberately provide provocation for his anger by their infantile behavior. They make notes and sets flags to advise all reps to treat us disrespectfully, maybe hoping that i will close my account. I WANT MY COMPLAINT TO BE SEEN BY PRES. RICHARD URRUTIA.

They do not do what they say honesty integrity dealing in interactions with costomers. The reps and supervisors at call center do treat you very poorly and they treat you like you are a nobody and management does not call you back like they say. They just try to get ride of you so they don't have to work.Thay do try to anger so your the problem the reps at there call center make you feel like you are wrong. each rep tells you something different they don't have the answers and your credit and future is not important. There's no one you can speak to for help and they very "smuggly" tell you to write a letter to take care of issues TO MERRICK what are they there for?. In other words my time is not valueable. They tell you management cant do eneything.THERE THE BOSS. I am in the middle of trying to close a 600,000 dollar deal and they put a late fee of $5 dallors for there card fee on my credit report when they should not have. They don't care my life and my golden opportunity of a lifetime means nothing to them they do not have anyone there to talk to. TO FIX IT. A business of "HONESTY in all interactions and DOING the RIGHT THING.
"INTEGRITY" in dealing with costomers clients each other.That don't CARE about your dreams your HONESTY your INTEGRITY doing the RIGHT THING there lazy unprofessional and WREACKLESS With there costomers. $5 dollar card fee for a card I never use I have 12 other cards that do have a fee loyalty to them means 🤔 this could have been fix in day ⚠
