I habe been going to Dr Carlos Levy for over 22 years not and Imust say that the proffessional treatment you get when you walk though the door is empeccable. The whole staff makes you feel warm and welcome. Even when you are not feeling your best the sympathy and empathy from this staff and Dr, Levy come highly recommended. The waiting usually takes about 15 minute to 20 minutes which by my standard I find more than resonable. And keep in mind they never turn anyone away. While you are being evaluated by Dr Levy . You never feel rushed and he makes sure that he explains everything in layman term. Always with a sympathic ear but, an honest and straight forward approuch . You leave feeling comforted. safe and all of your questions answered. I would love to give a shout out to Jackie for always being ontop of of everything. And always leaving you with a warm shoulder to cry on but, the confidence to hold your head up high and know that things are going to get better. LIsa the receptionist for having the patience of a saint and making a way for us to all get in an see our favor doctor. And Last but, not least, Iwould like to thank Tina for holding down the fort and making sure that the zoo stays under control!
