We tried them one year and missed out on MORE THAN several bids that resulted in millions of dollars of lost revenue for our company. Bad investment. My management switched to Bidnet from Bid Prime because Bidnet gave him a great sales pitch, and within a week we realized that Bidnet was missing out on bids that Bid Prime had in their system. It took me over 2 months but Bidnet eventually refunded me. They don't even get 2 stars for that, because we lost TOO MUCH from Bidnet that can NEVER be repaid or compensated. After we got our money back, we purchase Bid Prime again!
