Purchase a spa from these people at your own peril! They're very friendly and helpful until they have your money. After that, you are pretty much on your own. The man who runs the spa department is a liar. They damaged my spa installing it. I purchased an Artesian Emerald spa from their gold series. It was supposed to be a very high quality spa. From day one there were error messages on the control panel that Southeast and Mike refused to fix. (He played around with the volcano jet saying that was the problem, but the error message never went away.) The spa sprang a major leak which had to be fixed. In the last year of its warranty it stopped working completely and I called repeatedly trying to get Mike to come out and fix it. Finally one day on the phone he claimed he had been out to my house and my only problem was dirty filters! My filters were less than two months old but I put a brand-new ones anyway – it had absolutely no effect. The pumps would only run for a few seconds. Mike is simply a liar who was quite comfortable stalling and misleading you. Now the heaters have quit working too, and the manager refuses to do anything for me. Instead he tells me what a great employee Mike is and tells me how they've never had a complaint! Their product isn't as good as they claim, and they are scoundrels! I have tried to get Artesian to intervene on my behalf but they refuse as well.
