I just recently bought a house in Sherman Oaks, the house was built in 1956 but it is a beautiful home. Unfortunately as soon as I moved in I found out that the house had a problem, the old foundation where seriously compromised. I started looking for a local contractor and I found a more companies than I ever expected, I requested a few home inspections and I decided to go with Weinstein Construction, they seemed very professional, I liked the fact that they are located in Van Nuys, 5 minutes away from my home. I have been pleasantly impressed by how hard those guys worked to make the foundation replacement as smooth as possible for my family and I. I felt taken care of beyond my expectations and that made wanna return the great care with an endorsement, I am sure that they don't need it because they have been in business for a long tome, but I still wanna say thanks for being honest and doing a professional job for a fare price
