I used to use this guy all the time when I was building. I rode the stupid George W era housing bubble and am now in law school. Chris is a very honest and skillful person. He survives by reputation. I liked to use him because he can design and build hydronic heat systems with ease. Not to dog on plumbers, but the difference between a guy like him and a typical plumber is like a high school physics teacher compared to one of those folks colliding atoms over at CERN.
