TERRIBLE experience! Owner/manager does not answer emails, phone calls, voicemails, does not communicate, does not plan or order parts in a timely fashion. He shifts blame to insurance providers, part suppliers. Blamed September's GM Strike for part he didn't order IN JULY! He wants payment up front & then you're stuck! Had my vehicle 14 weeks and still unfinished. Avoid this shop! Wish I could leave zero stars
