Penny Herbert
Would never recommend this builder. One issue after another, and builder does not stand behind his work. Their Warranty company they use is no better. Imagine a new exterior door glued together, instead of replacing a faulty door. How about vertical shingles above an overhang? Same overhang has a bowed pillar and is not braced to concrete. The list of major errors is long. Builder and Warranty company ignore fixing.
Buyer beware!
