this is a great company.our boiler went down at 10:00 Friday night on the long weekend. i called my service company only to get a machine.one of my guys had an SG Mech card and said give them a call.so i did i also got a machine and left a message.within 10 min SG called me back.they found the boiler locked out due to a service truck crushed the out door sensor.they replaced it and cleaned the gun replaced and reset the probes. and changed the oil filters this boiler has never run better.our building is and old 6 story building and when its as cold as it was. coils start freezing quick.after using SG 5-7 more times and seeing there professorial approach to everything. i will be giving them the maintenance contract when its up for review Thanks SG Mech
