AWFUL. I ordered a (new) child's luggage set from them and had it shipped. It arrived in badly used condition. When I called the owner, she contradicted me stating flatly that she shipped an item in mint condition. She took no responsibility for the failure of her company, nor did she even ackowledge the fact that the company had shipped a used product in error (which it did). She basically accused the customer of lying. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
