We had our pool remodeled on May 11, 2021 by Advanced Pool & Spa. During the first chemical startup, we we pointed out the fact that our pool surface looked blotchy and had several streaks throughout. They told us not to worry, that it takes a bit for the pool surface to cure. We were also told not to install a saltwater system until 45 - 60 days later because it could affect the pool surface (this was in their disclaimers). Fast forward, we still have these horrible streaks in our pool. I've emailed several times and have only received a response saying basically "this is because of you installing a saltwater system too early." The only problem is, I have proof from Pinch a Penny that our saltwater system was installed on 7/14, which was more than 60 days after their work was performed. Sad it's come to a bad review. At first, they seemed like a great company to work with, but if you have any issues at all (or heaven forbid, you get a result like we did), expect several emails or inquiries to go unanswered. I've reached out no less than 5 times with no responses, now it's time to let people know who they'd be dealing with because it obviously isn't a company that will stand by their work after getting their check. If you'd like to see more detail on the correspondence for context, I'm happy to provide it.

From the first meeting when you came to our home to give us a quote your staff and quality workmanship has surpassed all of our expectations! Rarely do you find a company in todays world that employs such kind personnel and quality workmanship on everything they touch!
We would like to give a special "thank you" to Janice for handling our phones calls and informing us on a daily basis of the workers schedule of activity for our pool renovation for the day. In addition to her kindness, each different crew that performed was fantastic and very curteous.
I must say that "you blew our minds" when we came home to find our patio furniture had been moved back into the lanai and the pool was crystal clear and filled. We had been to the hospital earlier that day and found it a "great relief" to see that we would not have to lift the patio furniture or plants back in the lanai.
