Cabinet is rotting after less than 8 years. Lots of other issues. Ask to see inside spa cabinet and their written warranty.

I did serious comparison shopping and I saved over $2000 buying from them! I also received a military discount on top of it all. They really take care of their first responders. I like that its made right there and a USA product. You do not find that anymore hardly.
