Absolutely horrible customer service, Karen is very disrespectful and rude on the phone doesn't answer any questions prior to the service done for my vehicle, very quick to hang up and very impatient. I went here to replace one snow tire and the mechanic does extra work without discussing the price before doing the service and adds two new tires on the back, rings up my bill and then tells me the bill will be $369. I have been going to this place for a while never had any good customer service experience with this woman Karen. they don't call you when your car is ready they don't let you know what the price will be before you get there and the schedule for when they are open is not accommodating at all. I would not recommend this place to anybody they are not reliable or trustworthy at all.
