If I agreed to purchase a whole life insurance policy on my wife from Mr. Rosensweig, he promised to return to me 50% of his first year commission. Not only has he not paid to me what he promised. I have received and retained copies of several emails from him stating everything from "the check is in the mail", "it's lost in the mail"and "my payroll person is resending it" to telling me that he has "personal issues and is sorry for the delay." This has been going on for at least the last 6 or 7 months. Mostly, he ignores my several followups. I have reported him to the California State Insurance Dept. with documented proof. The Insurance department asked for some additional information in order to proceed and I promptly sent to them the information and documentation they requested.
