I have never had worse service at the motel we stayed at - an now trying to get in touch with someone in the corporate office, or the owners name of this company. Do not staly in an hotel owned and opperated bly Maxser and Co.......they have apparently trained their hotel/motel people to say anything, lie, to get people in - there is no customer service and the motel had 1/2 of what was offered on many websites. SCAM. This was the Jolly Roger in Marina Del Rey - though they swwear is Venice - which is two miles away. I won't even get into the faults of the motel..........too many. I would rather of slept in a garbage bin. The most depressing place I've ever seen.
