History Remodel-King Construction, Inc. has been in business since 1981. It was started by owner, Scott Sogge. Scott had previously been employed for seven years by a local remodeling company, becoming their Production Manager. Scott has over 40 years experience in the remodeling industry. He has also served as a past President of the Black Hills Homebuilders Association and is a current Board Member of the Historic Preservation Commission. What We Do Remodel-King primarily does remodel work, both residential and commercial. We also work on new construction additions to existing homes. We use experienced subcontractors as needed for HVAC, electrical and plumbing; working closely with them to facilitate the work in a timely fashion.
