We have been getting service here the past couple years, mainly out of pocket and spent over $3000 on root canals and cleanings. The latest visit was this summer my husband was told there was no fee. In October we get a call from collections agency out of the blue, saying we owe $200. When they read back our address, it was given to them with an error by the dentist, hence we received no notice or bill in the mail, ever.
After calling them, they said we have to talk only to collections. We paid immediately since it's the first time we were told we owed something. I wrote a review on yelp of this same nature, and the reply by the business owner was "Ahhhh, blame it on someone else...since you disregarded your obligation to us, we had no choice to have the collection agency assist us - see it worked! Yay!"
Wait, is this place run by middle schoolers? In my opinion, a business professional would have attempted to see why we received no written bill (most likely they mis-typed our address), work it out, and win us back as customers. Why would we have no problem paying $1000s of dollars previously and suddenly bail on a much lesser amount? With this type of jeering reply to a genuine misunderstanding, I'm more than ever convinced we have made a good choice to take our business elsewhere.
