Horrible experience with Phalanx Engineering over five years! Avoid them at all costs. After installing a ridiculously expensive commercial HVAC system by Phalanx, I've had major problems from the beginning. And to make it worse, they cannot service the units that they've installed. Service and installation departments are ridiculous! Try calling a service line, you'll never hear from them. And then when the technicians do show up, they have no clue how to fix HVAC issues. Owner, Mike Drummond, is just as useless. Completely inept and ignorant. You can see why the company is run so poorly. They'll install a system for you without any ability to correct that system. Upon conversation with my contractors and archictects, nobody uses them anymore. Installation of HVAC systems are poor at best and the service is nonexistent. Avoid Phalanx Engineering at all costs, worst HVAC company out there!
