I went to Buena Lanes on a Sunday with my family. I paid for two games in advance. We were finishing up our first game when an employee approached us and asked if we wouldn’t mind moving lanes for a big party. I asked if we moved if they would give us a free game for the inconvenience. She just shrugged her shoulders and we told her we would think about it. My mother went to speak to the manager, Justin. She informed him we decided not to move. He told us we didn’t have a choice either we move or we get a refund and we leave. We chose the refund. When I went to get my money back and explain to him how this is just wrong that he make us leave after we had already paid for a service I was met with eye rolling and him just repeating “we gave you the choice to move lanes”. It was so degrading and embarrassing. Absolutely DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I would just drive to Harley’s Bowling in Camarillo.
