Its commitment to meeting the highest industry standards is reflected in each and every project. At Brackett Builders, we strive to create and maintain outstanding relationships with our clients and our associates. We believe in upholding the highest possible construction standards while placing a strong emphasis on value. We continue to offer unparalleled craftsmanship, clear communication, excellent customer service and an overall construction experience that satisfies all schedules and budgets. BRACKETT BUILDERS CORE PHILOSOPHY PRINCIPAL INVOLVEMENT A trademark of Brackett throughout the years has been personal involvement by the principals of the company on each and every project. We are dedicated to the job from the initial planning stages through the completion. This high standard has set us apart from our competitors. PREPARATION During the early stages we assist the project team in identifying issues, conceptual budgeting, preconstruction planning and cost control analysis. Each project is different and Brackett has the resources to adapt to many different situations. SKILLED WORKFORCE Brackett employs a skilled craft-force of superintendents, carpenters and laborers. We instill in our employees the philosophy of providing top quality work at a fair price. Our craft-force is a vital part of the building team that provides point-of attack control of project goals. We also take great care in selecting subcontractors that conduct business in a fair and honest manner and also provide top quality workmanship. COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION The success of a construction project is determined not only by the quality of the product delivered, but also by client's satisfaction with the building process. SAFETY A successful project is one that has been completed safely. Brackett takes the necessary steps to run safe jobsites including weekly safety meetings with employees, daily safety walkthroughs to review jobsite conditions and hiring independent safety consultants to review our sites. Safety on a job has a direct impact on the cost, quality, and schedule of a project.
