On 1/19/12, I made purchases at your Hackensack #231 store. The seq# 005444 app#561636 and used an American express credit card. I purchased six items and sumitted three current coupons. Two coupons were credited,however, the coupon for tynol pm was not cedited. All three coupons came from the same coupon mailer I received at my home. I did not notice the error until I was at home some miles away. My member is #816022172000. We always bought KIRKLAND Chocolate covered macadeum nuts. Where are they now?? We do not seem to be able to find them. Please get them back in your stores. They are the only ones we buy. Thanks.

We came to Costco for referrals for re financing our home. We are blessed to be on of the few who do not have to refinance. We wanted to lower our monthly cost to save more money. We used Vanguard and seemed to be very happy up until we were about to tie things up. Just to give you some info. We have excellent credit, owe less than the house is worth and are in good financial standing - some might say excellent. However right as we have paid for our inspection, and are ready to close, we have been hit with $2000 over what was initially said/written. We feel this company is trying to either get out of the deal, or are bait and switching to get us to pay more for the loan. We have agreed to pay our mortgage down through our current mortgage company, and Vanguard has told us that it would not be able to do this. In Conclusion, we want everyone to know that Vanguard whom Costco has recommended is really not recommendable for refinancing or financing. We are writing to BBB of Texas. Fortunately we did not have to refinance, but we did lose the money we paid for the loan thus far. About $500. that is very bothersome and I hope Costco takes them off their list of preferred financial institutions.
