Absolutely the best experience repairing my Apple iMac computer! Bryan really does take care of his customers. My computer would not go through with the latest update to OS Monterey. It just hung up on the status line. So I did a hard reboot and hit the Command plus the R key while powering up. I was able to select to install Monterey again. After about 2 hours, it was hung up again. So I called up Alpha Computer Center in Richland, WA. They were very courteous and told me to bring it in. After just ONE day, they called me up the next morning and said Bryan fixed the computer and it was ready to be picked up. I could not believe it!! Now it runs perfectly! Thank you so much for taking care of us! You will be VERY HAPPY to get any Apple product fixed at Alpha Computer Center, Inc. in Richland, WA. They are my "go-to" computer company for all things Apple.
