I have had a good experience with this company, particularly with the delivery service. Ed Hines is my delivery man and he is one of the more pliable people that I`ve dealt with. My drive is long and my parking area is large, yet it is usually cluttered with cars, trucks, tractors, trailers, and whatever else that can be in his path. He always patiently gets maneuvered around, gets around the grill and whatever else can be in his way, ignores the snow if I haven`t removed it yet, takes a minute to be friendly, and I respect his professional and social attitude. I did have, earlier, a very poor experience with Eastern Propane. I had a tank that wreaked of propane. They did send out service people repeatedly. This went on a while...summer came...I turned off the valve completely...when winter came, they were able to put in a substantial amount of propane.It had obviously been dangerously leaking for quite a while. I asked them to just go away. They did agree to credit me for the fuel in the tank and assured me that they would test the tank. When I hadn`t heard anything for a while, I called and was told that they never check a tank coming back like that for leaks and didn`t check this one either....I vowed to never have them here again! Yet, their salesman asked me to give it another try a few years back and this experience has been very satisfactory. I also trust Ed thoroughly and that means a lot to me. Respectfully, Curt Brooks
