If you need a deck or any job done by 2020 you must sign a contract on 2015 with this contractor. Yes 5 `years in advance. I had the worst experience with this contractor we asked for a job that took him months to finish but his money had to be giving on time. He gave us excuses after excuses to complete the job. When you ask him for a dead line he will tell you "I have other jobs to finish as well". When he collected money from me he didn't say I had to wait for every other job to be completed. It looks like he goes around giving contracts and collecting deposits from everyone to secure the jobs but after he will take months to finish the job if not years. oh and do not give him permits to drop off he will not do it when needed he will do it when he feel like it to make much he gives you a valid excuse of why he is not finishing the job.
