I would recommend Mr. Patterson because he has been there for me through my entire time of the forclosure of my house and he has gone beyond the call of duty for me twice and did not charge me. He knew I was really in a hard place and he worked with me. Things with my house is not finalized yet so I will give and up date at a later time when things are final. Diana L.
