Praise & many thanks to Tom, pharmacist at Mace's. My mother has had alot of difficulty getting her BP med adjusted correctly. The Dr. has prescribed several dosages in a short time period; the most recent was not available. He called 2 other pharmacies to try and get her BP med today; but ended up having to special order it. Her Dr. then changed her Rx again to a completely different medication for 1 week until the order comes in. Tom spent time on the phone with me ,and the physician trying to get exactly what my Mom needs. In another instance just a few months ago, Tom took the time to help me straighten out my Mom's OTC vitamin and mineral supplements. She was overdosing on some because of duplication. He was able to reduce her vitamins and minerals from 8 different bottles down to just 3! The savings to my Mom is immense; and it has eliminated so much confusion...not to mention her overdosing on some vitamins. These are just two examples of the "personal care and attention" given to the customers at Mace's! On every visit-- without exception-- the entire staff is friendly (you are are greeted by name), helpful(always available to answer questions) and professional. Their knowledge is invaluable and their service is 2nd to none. They are the best Pharmacy anywhere! Stop in and try them out. You will be singing their praises too!
