Mr. Leonhard and Ms. Donnelly, I am very sorry for what dwayne Cook has done to you. I have taken the shop that one time belong to him and my shop now is Cooks glass Work. I am licensed and bonded. So sorry what he did to you. I divorced him and I am willing to help you with the mirror and the shower door. I got my contractor lincese and even though I am keeping the same address in 15 Van Wyck rd. Blauvelt and the same phone number, I am not part of his bad behavior. Dwayne Cook took $1,000 dollars of our money to order new glass. That was 4 months ago. He never showed to install our new shower or give us our money back, despite requesting our money back over a dozen times. Don't get ripped off here!

BEWARE Dwayne Cook has a long list of complaints against him with consumer affairs of Rockland County. I have added mine as well. He took a $900 deposit for shower doors and vanity mirror on Oct 25, 2012. He measured 3 times and scheduled appointments and never showed. He promised and had excuses. I've asked for my money back to no avail. He is operating with a license, but don't be fooled. They will catch up with him. If you can find his real business address, file a small claim against him.
