This company installed a $10,000 system in August of 2022. At the time, the installer didn't have the needed valves to properly drain the system before winter. Rather than put in the valves, they came back after fire season and cut and drained the hoses, saying they would return in the spring with the necessary drain valves. They showed up after almost 2 weeks of fire season had passed this spring, during which time we were unprotected, and still didn't have the valves, but did splice the hoses back together, promising to install the valves this fall. The owner sent me an invoice for $236 for these repairs, that were necessitated because their crew cut our hoses and then came back to fix what they'd done. When I explained why I couldn't understand his charges and asked him to justify them, he didn't, and sent this reply: You are on your own with any issues with the system. Don't contact us or any of our employees. When you argue with an idiot, you go down to their level where they beat you with experience. So we have an expensive system that was never properly finished, and nobody to service it. Very difficult owner, and I would absolutely avoid this company.
