No I am not a fan of this company. We had a problem with our unit being installed improperly by an unlicensed tech (go figure) and now they are refusing to return my calls. I am writing and posting as many negative reviews as possible after the owner refused to return 4 (four) phone calls left w/ the office.
Horrible service.
