You sold me a defective Dell toner ink cartridge and refused to provide a refund or replacement, citing your 30 day return policy. Not only did you sell me an overpriced toner cartridge at $44.00, but your company policy is not customer friendly. What home use computer uses toner within 30 days? Recent TV advertising encourages us to buy local from Fairbanks businesses. I put off purchasing toners from outside companies to do just that, support my local economy. However, your lack of "good service" now encourages me to take my business outside. I wish you to know that I will NOT be bringing my business to your company any longer and I will NOT recommend your business to anyone in Fairbanks. Best success to your future endeavors. W.
