Very disappointed recently by the way I was treated by Terry...I thought I was having antenna issues with my digital radio scanner because I stopped receiving on a bunch of frequencies all at once and he talked to me like I was an idiot and kept telling me my scanner was not digital and I know it is after he hung up on me on the phone I made the drive out there to prove him wrong and he was still extremely rude to me and refused to talk to me anymore...well after I found out on my own that some of my local agencies switched over their frequencies all I had to do was reprogram the scanner and now it's back to working great no thanks to him
