Mine will be 2nd complain with BBB for Mr. Rui Ferrare is just totally so selfish, cruel unprofessional, was suppose to provide me his insurance and registration but did not, was suppose to provide me list of items required but he did not and made me rush to buy at last minute. Had to rent van about 3-4 times which would have avoided if he would provided me list as we agreed but did not and if he would have behaved like decent professional does. Rui was paid after tiles were installed but he did not forwarded this payment to his sub-contractor tile installer Mr. Carlos then Rui told me if i can pay him so i did. he is more concerned about not missing football game but don't care about homeowner's final inspection date, had to call him tons of times but now that he is paid he just heartlessly don't care about honoring the contract we had, just ignores my phone calls and cannot leave message on his voice mail for it's full almost every time
