Eviction, Credit, and Criminal Background History Searches for Tenant Screening Xtreme Tenant Screening, Inc. realizes how important good tenants are to you, and not just on paper. Most of today's screening agencies can run a report for you in a matter of 15 minutes and that's great, but are you really getting all the facts? NO you're not, and I know that for a fact. I've been in this business for over 28 years and have seen all there is to see. If you don't investigate applicants by detail you're going to find out what a $10,000 eviction looks like. Running a credit, criminal, and eviction history and getting a credit score is great, but what about checking employment, rental, and other important references? Doesn't anyone care about that anymore? We do here at Xtreme Tenant Screening. "We Go Above and Beyond...We Go to the "Xtreme"!
