The lady receptionist is nice and stated that they've never had anyone call back and complain about their bug spray treatment, so we decided to try them even though the exterminator, Rusty, never called me regarding specific questions I had about the treatment. He sprayed the entire house in about an hour but to no avail. When we called to report the treatment didn't work, we never got a return phone call. Terrible waste of $450.

We had an infestation of termites 8 years ago. Once Williams did the treatment we have maintained the annual contract for a recheck and haven't had any more termite problems. When we did some remodel work they came and sprayed the areas where we opened all the walls to ensure there wasn't any hidden damage occurring. Always thorough and courteous.
