Terrible - seek treatment elsewhere! We were told that my son's orthodics were covered by our insurance, just to receive a big bill a few months later due to them coding the orthodic differently than I was initially told. When I tried to speak to the "woman" in the billing department, she was rude, disrespectful and down-right mean. I have never been spoken to like that by someone who's job is to be informative and helpful. Additionally, every time my son had an appointment, they called last minute to try and reschedule - they obviously don't understand that patients have other commitments and obligations and have already rearranged their schedule around the original appointment. The wait time in the waiting room is also lengthy. Do yourself a favor and find a different clinic!
